I was saved today
Just when I was stray, I was picked up again and sent to the house of God to be saved and redeemed. Today was a meaningful and well spent Saturday. Never have I spent my Saturday so fruitfully. Zhen Rong invited me to her church today, together with Jasmine and Mel invited by Ting Ting and Sim Hong. I didn't know there was a church near Paya Lebar MRT, but that was the best service I've attended to date. The place didn't look so formal and traditional or stuff like that, like the one I last attended years ago. It looked like a concert, and yes the picture up there is wear I sung aloud and cried out to my Lord Jesus. Felt a bit awkward at first, but after a while it was okay. Since it was youth service, everyone was really friendly and extremely nice and fun to hang out with. Met some new people, and had a really meaningful lesson on commitment and compromising. I missed singing all those worship songs and talking with God. I thought it was really great, and now I want to find my way back to him. It's been a while, a while since I've done my quiet time. Now I feel so stupid for getting addicted to songs which hold no meaning. Hung around after service with the very extremely, super friendly and nice youths there together with some Cedarians before heading home. Today was good. More of Jesus in my life, More of Jesus so I shine, Your peace on Earth, Your peace on Earth.
